So it appears that the Police Detachment is an UNKNOWN cost - and not as they have said - it appears
They "anticipate" the operating costs will be the same but won't say for certainty. What they don't say is, "The capital costs will not be provided during the upcoming meeting since the scope of the capital investment - reno vs. build or site selection - has not been determined". Those folks will NOT be free or included. This council and this staff are NOT giving ALL the information to the taxpayers. #shame
